A 50% deposit is required for all bookings taken any more than 7 days in advance. [Non refundable*] Full and final payment is then required upon check-in**.
* We will refund deposits paid if we are given 14 days notice of the cancellation. Deposits will not be refunded for No-Shows.
** Upon arrival we expect any outstanding payments to be paid in full. If you are staying with us for more than 7 days we will except part payments which are to be made weekly in advance.
Please note we will need to know how many people are in your party upon booking, it is only this number of guests who will be permitted to book into the guesthouse.
